    About the Role 
    Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting on behalf of a valued client within the hardware and DIY sector. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly office on a temporary to permanent basis. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a dynamic sales team in a customer-focused environment.

     
    Key Responsibilities

     Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone or email.


    Act as the main point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.


    Maintain and update sales records, customer details, and documentation using internal systems (including CRM software).


    Prepare and check sales invoices, ensuring accuracy of data and payment details.


    Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

       

    Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.


    Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with customers and colleagues.


    Confident in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced with CRM systems.


    Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.


    Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to support colleagues across departments.
