Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced Sales Administrators to join our client on a temporary basis.
Working within a manufacturing environment, you will become a key member of the sales admin team, supporting the department with the processes of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
- Preparing quotations, sales orders, and documentation
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Monitoring order progress and providing customer updates
- General office administration duties as required
