Pertemps is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to address enquiries.
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Follow up with clients

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and strong IT skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with clear and professional communication abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3pm
Pay is £12.82 per hour
