Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.Resolve transport-related queries, including tracking shipments, updating delivery schedules, and addressing issues with logistics.Handle a variety of customer queries, from general product questions to complaints and feedback.Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our database.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.Identify and escalate high-priority issues to management when necessary.Essential RequirementsPrior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanour.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computer systems and a good understanding of CRM software.A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
