We are seeking a highly organised sales administrator to support a busy retail sales team. The ideal candidate will help ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to a smooth and efficient vehicle sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to process customer vehicle orders and manage all related admin tasks.
• Handle vehicle orders, taxation, and collaborate with Retail Managers on finance paperwork and order tracking.
• Effectively prioritise tasks and deadlines.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to exact customer specifications.

About You:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is essential and full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with documents.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Experience in the motor trade, automotive industry, or a dealership is essential.
