Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for the position of Part Time Used Car Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established automotive dealership located in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. This Part Time Used Car Sales Administrator role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade administrative professionals seeking long-term career progression within a busy sales environment.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:

• Processing all vehicle sales documentation from point of sale through to delivery
• Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and customer files
• Managing finance, warranty, and compliance documentation
• Liaising with customers, finance providers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting the sales team with administration and reporting tasks
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Updating internal systems and ensuring vehicle data accuracy
• Ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor trade
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dealer management system experience is advantageous but not essential
