Sales Administrator

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for a well-established automotive business in Rotherham. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success. • Basic salary up to approximately -28,000-
• Bonus scheme with an OTE of around -32,000
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm working hours

Duties of a Sales Administrator:

• Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Managing the full sales administration process from initial contact to completion
• Handling pre-delivery inspection administration
• Coordinating customer handovers and payment arrangements
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as required

Requirements of a Sales Administrator:

• Prior experience in automotive Sales Administration is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills with a conscientious approach to tasks
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in administration
• Comfortable working within a focused and fast-paced environment
• Residing in or near Rotherham, or willing to commute daily
