We are currently recruiting for the role of Automotive Sales Administrator on behalf of our esteemed client, an independent dealership based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Duties of the Sales Administrator:

• Manage vehicle registration processes and invoicing
• Oversee daily banking tasks as the Sales Administrator
• Support sales and service administration processes
• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct to the appropriate department
• Support the accounts team with administrative duties
• Assist in providing a seamless customer experience through excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

• Proven experience in automotive administration, sales administration, or service admin
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of professionalism
• Effective communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
• Knowledge of vehicle registration, invoicing, and financial procedures preferred
• Well-presented individual with a proactive approach to work
