Location: Office-based in Thatcham, Berkshire
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: -27,000 - -30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

This is a key role that supports day-to-day sales operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You''ll Be Doing:
- Managing order processing from start to finish
- Handling day-to-day sales administration tasks
- Updating internal systems and Excel trackers
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Providing exceptional customer service - sharing updates and answering queries
- Ordering and tracking parts & stock
- Creating monthly/quarterly KPI reports using PowerPoint
- Assisting with contract pricing proposals
- Coordinating with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely shipments
