Sales Administrator / Order Processing Clerk

Office based in Billericay.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 (1 hour for lunch)

Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year

Salary: Based on experience circa -25,000

A local business are searching for a Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join their team. Within this role you will be responsible for processing customer orders over the phone or email

Responsibilities:

• Process all orders
• Answer any questions or queries regarding products
• Send order confirmation
• Answer the phone and email inbox
• General admin duties

Key Skill Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and reliable.
• Able to work in a small team
• Organised and able to work under own initiative
• Proactive, able to work accurately under pressure, with a strong attention to detail
• Competent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Proficient in use of email
• Accurate keyboard skills
• Knowledge of basic clerical and administrative procedures and use of office equipment
