The business is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support one of its expanding commercial divisions. The company prides itself on delivering a professional, customer-focused service and is seeking an organised and proactive individual to join the team during a period of continued growth and investment.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescalesChecking orders for pricing accuracy, completeness and agreed commercial termsIssuing order acknowledgements and confirmations to customersManaging supplier and customer inboxes alongside incoming telephone enquiriesForwarding sales enquiries, opportunities and customer feedback to the Sales teamProviding customers with updates regarding order progress, delivery schedules and any issues arisingStock and spot buying for customer projects in line with Sales requirementsDrafting stock orders and coordinating stock control activitiesReceiving and checking stock against purchase orders using Sage systemsLiaising with warehouse teams regarding stock discrepancies, shortages or variancesCoordinating deliveries, service scheduling and logistics with customers, suppliers and Sales teamsSupporting import handling and warehouse coordination ..... full job details .....
