They''ll look after the selling bit - they just need someone equally good to support on making sure everything happens behind the scenes.You''ll be responsible for:Processing and collating customer ordersSending order confirmations and invoicesChasing paymentsDealing with customer queries over the phone and emailKeeping the Sales Manager organised and making sure nothing gets missedSupporting customers with the wider product rangeUsing Xero and other systems to keep everything up to date There''s a little more to it than traditional sales admin, too.
