Based at the company''s Bristol branch, this role would suit a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to join a friendly, supportive team.This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, managing customer orders and helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinating delivery schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on timeOffering suitable alternative or replacement products when requiredSupporting the external sales team with customer accounts and sales activityBuilding positive relationships with customers and providing a high level of serviceMaintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systemsLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilmentKeeping up to date with product ranges, promotions and industry developmentsSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience within a Sales Administration, Internal Sales or Customer Service roleStrong ..... full job details .....
