Through training and development, this company are looking to progress this person through their career in account managementKey Responsibilities:Provide operational and administrative support to the Account Management team.Prepare accurate customer quotations within agreed timeframes.Process new vehicle orders according to customer requirements.Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, maintaining customer recordsWork in line with customer service level agreements.Understand and accurately qualify customer needs.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers.Confidently promote products and services, whilst consistently delivering a high standard of customer servicePrioritise tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.Demonstrate accuracy, organisation, and a strong focus on detail.Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills and Experience:Relevant experience ..... full job details .....
