Duties will include:Providing support to 4 sales staff, both internal and externalChecking and processing sales contracts for the sales team, ensuring all required information is providedMaking sure CRM information is updated accuratelyDiary management and meeting scheduling for the sales teamAttending meetings and taking minutesCreating customer welcome packsOccasionally assisting with customersWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Ideally experience in a Sales Administration, Sale Support, Sales Co-ordinator or similar admin support roleComfortable working with Word, Excel and emailAccurate with a strong eye for detailConfident with excellent people skillsMotivated and driven to succeedAmbitious and keen ..... full job details .....
