Salary- 27,000 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Daily duties include Responsible for all customer enquires via phone and email Processing orders on SAGE 200 Liaising with other departments such as warehouse, logistics, accounts etc Order management from processing to Deliver - updating customer all the way Dealing with customer returns / credit etc This role is all about communication - always putting the customer journey first !
