Responsibilities will include:Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.Providing administrative support to the external sales team.Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.Providing pricing information and assisting with order management.Conducting outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.Following up on sales enquiries and marketing campaigns.Maintaining accurate customer, product and pricing information.Coordinating delivery updates and resolving customer service queries.Supporting invoicing, credit notes and payment enquiries alongside internal teams.Analysing customer activity and identifying opportunities to encourage repeat business.What you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience within a sales administration, customer service or sales support role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.High attention to ..... full job details .....
