Sales Administrator Ellesmere Port Your new company A leading global manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port Your new role As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers throughout the journey of their orders as well as communicating customer insight to both the Operational and Sales teams.What you''ll need to succeed You will have prior experience in a similar role within Customer Service or Administration, preferably within a manufacturing organisation. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Building and maintaining customer relationships.Responsible for customer daily account management, providing quotations, sharing product knowledge, dealing with customer enquiries and complaintsBeing first point of contact for the customer, dealing with all customer enquiries and complaints when requiredManage orders from point of quotation to final delivery, ensuring progress is tracked, communicated, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure targets are met.To ensure regular contact is maintained with the customer and to develop customer relationships further.Work daily within the ERP system and Salesforce recording and maintaining customer accountsProvides timely and accurate analysis and progress reporting in line with customer orderbooks.Produce daily/weekly statistical analysis and reporting on KPI''s.What you''ll get in return 33 days holiday including public holidays plus additional day off to celebrate ..... full job details .....
