Sales Administrator
Sales Order Administrator Woking - Office Based£25K - £30K per My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team. Supporting the Sales team with one other Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for all daily administrative functions. You will:Manage all incoming calls and emails and deal with accordinglyProduce and distribute invoicesManage incoming invoices, check for errors and process paymentAcknowledge and process customer ordersWork closely with the international teams, supporting with administrative supportMaintain and update the Sales order filesManage and document all paperworkWork closely with the suppliers and manage any operational issuesKeep track on all shipments and update the customers with any delaysMaintain the company CRMBuild and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliersAssist the sales team with any further administration support Assisting with any VAT queries on the international shipmentsThe ideal candidate will:Have a good working knowledge on Microsoft office, predominantly within ExcelIdeally have a good understanding of international shipments Have strong administration skills and have previous working knowledge within a similar roleHave excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenBe able to manage a large workload effectivelyHave strong attention to detail In return our client offers 20 days holiday plus BH, company pension, company related bonus, free parking and ongoing ..... full job details .....
