We''re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator-to support our clients''-busy Logistics team. You''ll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our third-party sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare sales and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate delivery slots and haulier bookings.
- Update TMS/ERP systems and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer and internal enquiries.
- Monitor waste paperwork and complete daily administration.
- Work closely with the Transport Planning team and external partners.
About You
We''re looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office.
- Good Excel, Word and TMS/ERP system skills.
- Knowledge of transport or logistics operations.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
