We''re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our clients'' busy Logistics team. You''ll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our third-party sales operation. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and on time. Prepare sales and delivery documentation. Coordinate delivery slots and haulier bookings. Update TMS/ERP systems and maintain accurate records. Respond to customer and internal enquiries. Monitor waste paperwork and complete daily administration. Work closely with the Transport Planning team and external partners. About You We''re looking for someone who has: Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office. Good Excel, Word and TMS/ERP system skills. Knowledge of transport or logistics operations. Excellent organisation and time management. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
