This role would suit someone with previous Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Commercial Support experience within the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, processing customer orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain CRM and sales records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of the commercial function.
- Assist with quotations, order tracking, and general sales administration within a busy FMCG environment.
The Person
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Administration role.
- Experience within the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong IT skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
