Sales Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

Job title: Sales Administrator

Duration: Fixed term until Christmas 2026

Location: Ashford, Kent

Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday!

Key responsibilities would be:

• Produce quotes, sales and purchase orders.
• Progress customers orders.
• Liaise with customers on the telephone and via email.
• Support with the shipping of goods.
• Field telephone calls and emails.
• Assist with import paperwork and documentation.
• Provide information and check paperwork for letters of credit.
• Provide Certificates of Origin when required.
• Complete applications for shipping insurance as needed.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets.
• Assist with purchasing duties.
• Perform general admin tasks as required.

Experience and skills required:

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid organisational skills
• Experience of importing goods and Sage would be advantageous but not essential
