Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator performs both the sales function and the finance function by managing customer accounts, processing sales documentation, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role blends administrative precision with commercial awareness. Duties and Responsibilities Retain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the products and applications and train others in product awareness Record accurate information on relevant systems, adhering to company policy, procedures and Regulatory requirements Take reasonable care of your own and other people s Health and Safety in the workplace and co-operate with Statutory, Regulatory and Company requirements Role Specifics Primary responsibility for incoming calls and provide sales/customer service as nec-essary. Meet and Greet visitors and determine needs / collections / enquiries / trade and public enquiries as necessary. Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with potential and existing customers offering advice, pricing and availability, identifying opportunities with new or existing customers to achieve overall sales objective. Sales Order Processing Manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and customer documentation from initial enquiry to final invoicing.
