Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Brighton (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Pay: -24,700 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join one of our clients, a busy and supportive organisation based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or sales support is desirable
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team
- GCSE (or equivalent) preferred
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Must be able to commute reliably to Brighton or relocate before starting
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, offering assistance to customers and external partners
- Enter customer details into partner systems to progress finance applications quickly and efficiently
- Keep the sales team and customers updated on the progress of live orders
- Schedule deliveries with external suppliers and arrange vehicle collections at the end of contracts
- Accurately record information into the internal CRM system
- Ensure compliance requirements are met while delivering excellent customer service
