Location: Stoke-on-Trent| Type: Full-Time | Salary: -26,000 - -28,000
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Operating internationally from their UK base.
This role would suit someone with a strong customer service mindset, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for existing clients
- Set up and manage customer accounts using internal systems
- Input and process new orders efficiently
- Monitor and follow up on order progress to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct regular "keeping-in-touch" calls with active and lapsed clients
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
