Confident, professional Sales Administrator required for a large successful London based company, this role will be based in the Dudley Borough working on a remote/hybrid basis
The Sales Administrator provides critical support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments, and enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement and revenue generation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and invoices.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all sales documentation.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and customer details.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
Customer Administration
- Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support onboarding of new customers, including paperwork and account setup.
- Assist with after-sales support and liaise with operations and finance as needed.
Operational Support
- Support tender/bid submissions and assist with proposal preparation.
- Maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other resources.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
Skills & Competencies

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or office administration role.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and order processing.
- Experience in preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and supporting management decision-making.
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred but not essential).
Contract details
- This role is working on a temporary to permanent basis through Trinity Personnel
- Hourly pay rate -12.21ph
- The position will be initially remotely working until the midlands based office opens up, after this the role will become hybrid with 2/3 days being office based, 2/3 working from home
- You must live within the Dudley borough to be able to commute to the office at any given time
