ROLE: Sales Administrator
SALARY: -27,000
LOCATION: Wombourne (office-based)
THE COMPANY:
Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a Wombourne-based manufacturer that prides itself on delivering the highest level of customer service. This well-established business is now seeking a hardworking and conscientious Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

WORKING HOURS:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
- 3pm finish every Friday

DUTIES:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat enquiries
- Process sales orders, job packs, invoices, and purchase orders
- Track sales progress, chase outstanding paperwork, and update records
- Support the sales team and designers with appointments and documentation
- Liaise with directors and other departments on reporting and invoicing
- Manage stationery, stock levels, and courier/postal requirements
- Provide general administrative support across sales and estimation teams
THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
