Internal Sales Administrator

Hours: 21 - 25 per week | Rate: -14 - 15 per hour | Permanent

A well-established electronics supplier is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, enquiries, quotations, and sample requests promptly.
• Dispatch goods to meet customer deadlines and communicate any delays.
• Support external sales representatives with visit reports, quotes, and samples.
• Maintain accurate customer and marketing databases.
• Account manage a selection of key customers and be their main point of contact.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and email communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Team player with a positive approach to problem-solving.
