I''m currently working with a well-established business within the machinery and engineering sector that is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy sales function, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a company that is going from strength to strength.
 
The Role:

• Preparing quotes, order confirmations, and sales documentation as a Sales administrator 
• Liaising with customers to update them on the progress of their order.
• Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email.
• Updating CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and service teams to keep orders on track.
• Supporting the sales team with reporting and general administration as a Sales Administrator 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in sales administration or customer service (engineering or machinery background would be an advantage).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
