Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service?
Our client has a great reputation within their industry and they are now looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their small and friendly team.
You will be responsible for organising all their installations, liaising with customers and suppliers, to make sure their installations process runs smoothly.
You will also assist their Sales team and help convert inbound enquiries.
The role mainly involves:
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries assisting the team.
- Overseeing their customer installations process.
- Communicating effectively with suppliers, colleagues and engineers to ensure the product is installed on time.
- Problem solving and quick thinking to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role needs someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar role.
- Well organised with your workload and being able to prioritise.
- Able to be self motivated, positive and get the job done.
- Great at communicating with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- IT literate and good with good attention to detail.
- A logical thinker and can work calmly under pressure.
