Sales Administrator
Location: Wetherby
Salary: £25,000 per annum + quarterly bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week, 30 minute lunch)

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, family run and growing distribution business based in Wetherby. This is a hands on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both customers and the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of the order process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and dispatching customer orders, including assisting with picking and packing during busy periods
- Taking payments and issuing invoices once stock has been dispatched
- Checking deliveries, monitoring courier delays and keeping customers and the sales team updated
- Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting field-based Account Managers with requests
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track sales across multiple regions
- Contacting existing and lapsed customers with offers and taking telephone orders
Experience:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in an order processing role
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
- Comfortable lifting packages up to 15kg
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to location
- Personable, flexible, and a strong team player
