Sales Administrator
Location: Nottingham Type: Full-time Permanent Working pattern: Fully office based The roleWe are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a busy, system-driven sales support function. This is a detailed and process-focused role, supporting the administration of equipment sales and rental contracts, ensuring costings, records, and system entries are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with sales, operations, and internal support teams, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and supporting informed commercial decision-making. This role is fully office-based and suited to someone who enjoys working with structured systems, costings, and sales administration processes. Key responsibilitiesTrack and manage sales documentation, ensuring records are stored and shared accurately Review and check sales costings in line with internal approval processes Raise and resolve queries with sales teams, operations, and internal stakeholders Input and maintain detailed asset and equipment data within core business systems Ensure timely raising of system transactions and related invoices Create, maintain, amend and cancel rental or sales agreements Set up and maintain customer records within internal systems Provide administrative cover and support across the wider team when required Produce ad-hoc reports and information relating to sales, costings, and asset values Carry out additional reasonable administrative duties as required About youPrevious experience in ..... full job details .....
