Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Sales Administrator to work for a specialised UK and European supplier based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.Role: Sales AdministratorSalary: 32,000 and 36,000 Per AnnumLocation: Abingdon, OxfordshireHours: Monday - Friday, Full timeKey Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:Input quotations and sales orders onto SAP received via telephone, email, fax etc.Answer customer queries relating to sales order status, pricing etc.Create customer accounts on SAP.Input relevant customer information onto SAP CRM.Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Machine Shop departments to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.Maintain customer Blanket Order schedules.Process Production Orders and BOMs.Take credit card payments.About you:Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or administrative role.Ideally experience in SAP B1Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.Experience using CRM systems and ERP software is advantageous.Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
