The role acts as a key link between customers, sales, production, and logistics, ensuring orders are processed accurately, customer queries are resolved efficiently, and service levels are consistently maintained.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Order Administration:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company''s ERP or sales systemsPrepare sales quotations and follow up with customers as requiredLiaise with production and planning teams to confirm lead times and delivery schedulesMaintain accurate customer, pricing, and order recordsCustomer Service:Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailHandle order queries, delivery updates, and invoice discrepancies professionallyManage customer complaints and work with internal teams to achieve timely resolutionBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsCoordination and Communication:Support Sales and Engineering teams ..... full job details .....
