This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate sales records, facilitating clear customer communication, and enabling the sales team to perform effectively.
 

Essential Requirements of the Sales Administrator

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Desirable Requirements of the Sales Administrator

• Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Understanding of sales processes.
