Sales Administrator Apprentice

A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Administrator Apprentice to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying -16,000 per annum.

Your key duties in this Sales Administrator Apprentice role will include but are not limited to:

• Processing customer sales orders accurately from order through to delivery
• Booking and tracking customer shipments using online courier and freight systems
• Preparing shipping documentation, labels and customs paperwork where required
• Providing customers with order updates, tracking information and proof of delivery
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, couriers and freight providers
• Supporting with purchase orders, quotations and gathering pricing information
• Maintaining accurate customer, order and shipment records
• Providing general administrative support and answering incoming calls

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

• GCSEs graded 5 (C) or above
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems
• A customer-focused, positive and reliable approach
• Keen to learn and develop a career within sales administration

As part of the apprenticeship, you will receive full on-the-job training and support while working towards your agreed apprenticeship learning objectives, including training in sales administration, customer service, order processing and logistics.
