The Role As the central point of coordination for sales operations, you'll ensure orders are processed accurately, delivery schedules stay on track, and communication between teams remains seamless. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders within the CRM system, checking product details before releasing them to production. Coordinate amendments to non-standard orders, ensuring production teams are fully informed of any changes. Liaise with customers to arrange or amend delivery and installation dates.
