Do you enjoy a varied role combining administration, customer service and helping people find work?Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator and Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy Industrial and Catering temporary recruitment desks, alongside providing general administrative support to the wider office.Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but we also welcome applicants from administration, sales administration, retail customer service, helpdesk and other customer-facing backgrounds. The Role You ll help attract, register and support candidates for temporary opportunities across our clients. Some candidates will be applying for specific vacancies; others will join our pool of temporary workers available for ad hoc shifts.Your day could include advertising a new vacancy, screening applications, welcoming candidates into the office and helping them complete their registration. You ll also keep in touch with existing candidates, check their availability and maintain accurate records so our consultants know who is ready for work.Your responsibilities will include: Writing and posting job adverts on online job boards.
