You will be part of a supportive team of three, where your contribution is valued.The RoleThis is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service and sales administration responsibilities:Customer Service and EnquiriesHandle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficientlyRespond to website, email, and live chat enquiriesResolve delivery queries, complaints, and service issuesKeep customers informed of order progress and delivery updatesOrder Processing and LogisticsProcess online and trade orders using internal systemsProduce order confirmations, invoices, and relevant documentationCoordinate dispatch via DPD and other courier partnersEnsure all orders meet daily dispatch deadlinesTrack shipments and resolve delivery issuesSales Administration SupportManage a shared inbox and prioritise incoming enquiriesAccurately log and track orders within internal systemsLiaise with sales, production, and factory teamsSupport customer ..... full job details .....
