The Role: Your main purpose will be to support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication with clients and the wider team. Your key duties will include: Acting as a key contact for assigned international clients. Processing new customer orders and issuing invoices/credit notes accurately. Creating new products in the system and processing essential export documentation. Attending weekly production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met. Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Providing complete customer service and building strong, lasting relationships.
