Sales Admin Team Leader

Sales Administration Team Leader An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader to lead a busy order processing function within a highly regarded engineering and manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders ensuring exceptional levels of customer service while maintaining compliance. The Sales Administration Team Leader will: Lead the Sales Order team to deliver accurate, responsive order processing. Develop and support the Sales Administration team, driving productivity and improvement. Process purchase orders and contracts through the ERP system, ensuring export compliance. Coordinate complex orders and delivery schedules with Engineering and Project teams. Track orders, delivery commitments and milestones, providing proactive customer updates. Oversee global shipments, export documentation and regulatory compliance. Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and achievement of monthly targets. Maintain compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Deputise for the Sales Office Manager when required. The Team Leader will have Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong customer service and communication skills Experience using ERP and CRM systems Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Engineering or manufacturing sector experience preferred Worldwide export experience advantageous Hours are 8.30am 5pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour ..... full job details .....
