Job description We are recruiting reliable, experienced hard-working Admin for a building trade customer who deals within loft ladders, sky lights and roof windows. in Swadlincote Derbyshire DE11.To process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.To provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.Managing workload effectively and efficientlyMonitor delivery trackingDealing with enquiries efficientlyMonitor and respond to email inboxesTo be proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company''s website.Following up on leads and supporting the online businessPrompt submission of paperwork to a high standard accuracyMaintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.strong professional communication skills with customers, clients and colleaguesEnsure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.To assist with any other duties as reasonably requested by managementOccasionally outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and check in with the occasional cold calls.Job Types: Permanent, Office based, Full timeSalary: 25k per annumSchedule:Monday to Friday8:30am-5pmSupplemental pay types:Commission pays (uncapped) (will be explained during interview process)Experience:Good admin background minimum 1 yearHappy to talk on the phonesAccurate data entry skillsEmailing ..... full job details .....
