Sales Admin Executive
The Opportunity: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Appointment Setter and Sales Administration Executive to support their continued growth. This is a varied role combining sales support, client relationship management, and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on generating high-quality meetings and driving revenue from existing accounts.Key Responsibilities:Proactively contact existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and upsellingBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customersSchedule and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient diary managementQualify leads to ensure all booked meetings are relevant and commercially valuableMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and prospects using Google SheetsProvide sales administration support, including preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and handling documentationRespond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely mannerSupport the wider sales pipeline through consistent lead nurturing and communicationSkills and Experience Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in sales support, appointment setting, or customer serviceHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyConfident and professional telephone mannerSalary and Benefits: 28,000 - 30,000 ..... full job details .....
