While retaining existing members and reducing churn is a key objective, success in the role will also be driven by your ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that add value to members and support business growth.You will manage a portfolio of members, carrying out a high volume of targeted outbound calls each day to build relationships, increase engagement, secure renewals, and generate sales opportunities.
