Proactively follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and enhance customer engagement. Sales order processing and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish Apply technical product knowledge to identify client requirements and recommend bespoke solutions that align with their operational goals. Recognise opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion based on client usage patterns and needs. Anticipate client challenges and resolve issues before they escalate, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
