As a result, we are looking to recruit an experienced IT Account Manager to join our successful commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused technology sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses maximise their investment in IT solutions and services. Working alongside a talented technical team, you will manage an established portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor while driving additional revenue through strategic account development. The Role As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and helping clients plan their future IT requirements. You will work closely with technical consultants and support teams to deliver outstanding service whilst ensuring clients receive the most appropriate technology solutions for their business needs.
