Role: Sales Account Manager
Location: Albourne (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
Pay: -25,000 basic + commission (OTE -30,000 - -40,000 per annum)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients, an expanding and ambitious business based in Albourne.

The Requirements:
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Positive, hardworking attitude
- Confident with numbers and metric measurements
Desirable:
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in a sales-based role
- At least 1 year''s experience in an administrative and/or telephone-based role
- Experience converting opportunities and preparing quotations
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous customer service experience
The Role:
- Convert sales opportunities through effective service and negotiation
- Deliver first-class customer support via phone, email, and online channels
- Respond accurately to customer queries and requests
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth fulfilment of orders and projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
