ROLE: Sales Account Manager (Vehicle Leasing)
LOCATION: Swansea
SALARY: £25,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Sales Account Manager DESCRIPTION
Marketing Futures Limited are supporting a market leading commercial vehicle leasing broker who are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join their successful sales team.
The ideal candidate will have vehicle leasing/dealer-side sales and broker model knowledge, and/or fleet or F&I role experience with a strong finance understanding. You'll have a strong ambition to pursue and close new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
They value drive, energy, and enthusiasm and using your excellent relationship-building abilities, you will convert pre-qualified leads into happy customers by helping them find the perfect deal on a new commercial vehicle or car.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using pre-qualified leads, you will contact potential customers promptly and in a friendly manner to secure the best deal available for their choice of car or commercial vehicle.
- Give the highest level of service to new and existing customers and grow your own client database
- Achieve your own personal target and help towards your team’s performance
- Talk to suppliers and finance companies
- Actively build on product knowledge
- Build strong rapport with customers from the outset by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to identify the best possible solutions for their needs.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a strong drive to pursue new leads and nurture existing relationships to secure new business opportunities.

- You must have Excellent Communication Skills
- You will be self-motivated with a true passion for sales and the hunger to succeed.
- You must be professional, personable, and presentable.
- You will need the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and communication skills.
- You have a strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and be able to adapt to new ways of working
- Organised and numerate with an eye for detail
- Must be able to work to targets
- A strong willingness to learn and embrace new perspectives, coupled with enthusiasm and drive to turn leads into sales.

WHAT'S ON OFFER
- Basic wage of £25,000-£40,000 (salary negotiable - DOE)
- Commission is uncapped and limitless based on your own ability and hunger
- Monday to Friday, 9.00 till 5.30, no weekends you will be required to work till 6pm on a rota basis.
