Sales Account AdministratorOverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Account Administrator to support our internal sales function. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate order processing, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementAct as the primary administrative point of contact for assigned customer accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer serviceSupport onboarding of new customers, including account setup and documentationRespond to customer enquiries relating to orders, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedulesAssist in resolving customer queries by coordinating with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and LogisticsSales Support and CoordinationPrepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contractsProcess customer orders and ensure timely and accurate entry into the ERP systemMonitor order progress and provide proactive updates to customersProduce and support sales reports, forecasts, and KPI trackingProvide administrative support to the sales team, including meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-upsAdministrative and Operational DutiesMaintain accurate customer records, pricing, and contract informationSupport invoicing processes, credit checks, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with FinanceEnsure ERP system data is consistently up to dateAssist with ..... full job details .....
